[Kolab-devel] [issue488] Document procedure to change the manager password.

Currently it is hard with Kolab2 to change the manager password,
because it is used in quite some configuration files.

In cases where it needs to be change, we need to document a 
manual procedure for it.
(That is one for Martin.)
