It seems that currently (server packages from 20041014) the server returns the
same contents for extended free/busy lists as for normal fblists.  E.g. even
when a user requests his own xfb, so that there shouldn't be any permission
problem, there's no extra content in there, such as the title of events.

Probably because of this, fbview doesn't show any extra information.  it used to
show the title of events.
