[Kolab-devel] [issue460] Comma quoted in resource reply subject

Create a new event with a comma in the title.  Invite a resource that
automatically accepts.  In the subject of reply from the resource the comma is
quited with a backslash.  It's quoted that way in the ical, too, but there it's
necessary I think and has to be unquoted before using the title somewhere else.
