[Kolab-devel] [issue440] calendar entry disappears after accpeting change notice

Two users A and B.  A creates a new event and invites B.  B accepts and the
event appears in B's calendar.  A changes the time of the event and a new ical
mail is sent to B.  B accepts that too.  Now the calendar entry has vanished
from B's calendar.

kdepim KDE_3_3_BRANCH + proko2 branch from 20040929 (newer doesn't compile for
me right now).

The "Send invitations in the mail body" option is OFF.
