Actually the secretary needs enough rights, to do this operation.
Being a deletate and having write access to the folder should be enough
for KDE.

For OL the secreatary probably needs to right to do pop3, too
and might need to do other things like copying the event in the default 
folder temporarily or switching to a different outlook account.
