[Kolab-devel] [issue147] Sending event using KO's toolbar Publish icon does not send the attendees

create an event as user 1 and set yourself and user2 as attendees. 
when asked if you want to send the event to the attendee reply no. 
instead of that send the event using the Publish icon( envelope ) from  
KO toolbar. 
as user2 sync - accept and reply  
Go to the calendar view and edit the event :  
there is no attendees in it
