[Kolab-devel] [issue134] when changing time schedule in the organizer calendar we are not prompted to inform the assignee

may be related to issue 133. 
as user1 create an event with user2 as assignee and send email to user2 
as user2 accept and send email  
as user1 sync and enter the acceptation into you calendar ( link ) 
as user1 drag and drop the event to another time schedule 
 
user1 is not prompted to send an email to user2 ( the assignee ) 
 
user1 should be prompted to do so.
