[Kolab-devel] [issue118] "Add Contact" button isn't display after creating a new distribution list

To reproduce:
- Start up Kontact without having the Distribution List extension bar displayed
- Enter the KAddressBook part, and display the Distribution List extension bar
- Create a new distribution list
The "Add Contact" button isn't enabled, but it should be.
