Please could everyone take a look at this file and update it as required. This 
was just everyone I could think of last night, so there may be people missing 
from it. I'm also not entirely sure of the relationship everyone has with the 
project, so you may want to change the descriptions :-)

Anyway, I thought it would be better to have this instead of having lines and 
lines of copyright info in each source file, and also to give credit where 
credit is due to all those who've contributed to the project. Now we can just 
update all source files to have a standard boilerplate that points interested 
parties to the CONTRIBUTORS file - I've also updated kolabconf with the new 
boilerplate, so you can check it out there if you want to.
