[Kolab-devel] [issue113] changing permission (e.g. from Write to Read )for a shared folder has no effect

New submission from Michel Boyer <michel at klaralvdalens-datakonsult.se>:

as user1 create a shared folder and give write permission to user2 
as user1 sync and let user2 sync 
as user1 change permission from write to read in the above shared folder and 
sync 
as user2 sync ( the permission are still on write ) - user2 can still add some 
msg into the folder.
