[Kolab-devel] [issue111] can't create folders at the samelevel as inbox

This only happens in clients that do not support the NAMESPACE extension.
The actual mailboxes are not created in the INBOX mailbox, but under the
INBOX namespace.

Please do not changes this behavior on the server side.
