[Kolab-devel] [issue111] can't create folders at the same level as inbox

Based on a third party report:  It't not possible to create new imap folders at
the same level as the inbox.  It only works when the new folders are subfolders
of the inbox.

I'm not sure whether this is a bug or intentional.
