[Kolab-devel] [issue99] interval checking only works sporadically

The intervall checking for new email only works sporadically.  I tested with
kdepim CVS 2004-05-06 and dimap.  I set it up for a 1min interval and the it
only fetched mail once after clicking OK in the dialogs.
