Hi all,

Here is a high-level re-design proposal for the kolab boostrap
process. Any comments welcome...

You will notice that this implies the ability to dynamically map
your users, contacts and the Kolab object to different places in
LDAP. 

It also does away with the need to temporarily start OpenLDAP
during the bootstrap process.

We want to make a Fedora based installer for Kolab which is 
where the Anaconda definition of the kolab.bootrap file comes
in.
