[Kolab-devel] [issue201] Cannot share folder with user on slave

User1 is a user that has its mailbox on the master server. He shares one of his
folder with User2, who is a user on the slave server, and syncs. As User2 syncs,
he should get the shared folder listed in his folder tree, but it isn't listed.
