When I create a new distribution list, there is a checkbox for making the dist.
list public or not.
The explanation text next to that reads: "Check here to make this distribution
list available to authticated users only", while it is quite the opposite.
Checking the checkbox makes it available for everyone to send mails to that
distribution list.
