[Kolab-devel] [issue187] when deleting a dimap account from the folder list the inbox folder under Local Folders take the name of the deleted dimap folder

delete a dimap account from the folder list by right clicking on it  
the inbox folder under Local Folders changes its name to the dimap account 
having been deleted. ( we cant rename it to inbox as it should by default ) 
 
Notice: After quitting and restarting kontact the deleted dimap account  
is still there.
