Just for completeness: I know of at least two multi-ISP loadbalancing setups 
(at customers from me) where http requests take different routes depending on 
the total load and availability of the ISPs. Due to the usage of http proxies 
the "source" address then changes from the point of view of the http 
server/application rather often.

But because the fix to this issue is rather simple and straight forward I 
don't want to discuss this any further but only request that we document is 
somewhere in an accessible manner.
