[Kolab-devel] [issue169] Shared contacts are marked as new at each sync

New submission from Tobias Larsson <tobias at klaralvdalens-datakonsult.se>:

- Client1 shares his Contact folder with read access to Client2, syncs
- Client2 syncs, Client1's Contact folder is listed
For each sync Client2 makes, all contacts in Client1's Contact-folder are marked
as "new", even if they were there before the sync.
