[Kolab-devel] [issue264] kolabd is case sentitive on homeServer

Kolab development server 20040720 (+fb): 
 
kolabhost: BIG-TIME.network.net 
 
If you then create a user  
	John Donahue 
on homeServer: BIG-time.network.net 
 
he does not get imapd list permissions on the server 
(or any other server). 
 
This can be checked by cyrsadm and lm and then lam 
on the mailbox in question. 
SETANNOTATION will fail if there are no list permissions, 
which will also throw off toltec.
