[Kolab-devel] [issue234] A user can't have both vacation and forwarding at the same time

It seems that currently it is not possible to have email forwarding and a
vacationi message active at the same time.  Activating one always deactivates
the other without the user being told about it.  It doesn't matter which client
you use to set the vacation message.
