[Kolab-devel] [issue227] Server doesn't support .ifb extension for fblists

The current kde-client uses ifb as filename extension for free busy lists which
is not supported by the apache rewrite rules on the server yet.

A workaround is to upload fblists with the ifb extension explicitly in the clients.
