[Kolab-devel] [issue222] limit removal of global shared folders roots to webgui

In order to keep the imapd in sync with the LDAP repository we must disallow 
removal of root folders from any client. 
 
The removal must happen in the ldap repository by setting the delete flag and 
then later is performed by the kolab daemon.
