[Kolab-devel] [issue218] Creation of groupware folders is fragil

when activating the groupware functionality it is not obvious for the user that 
she must choose a folder below the INBOX of a dIMAP folder. The GUI allows for 
any folder without any indication of an error. 
 
The attached screenshots shows such an example.
