[Kolab-devel] [merge2] Groupfile patch for Cyrus IMAPD

The version of the groupfile patch used by OpenPKG reads /etc/imapd.group. I 
would much prefer if it used /kolab/etc/imapd/imapd.group ( SYSCONFDIR 
"/imapd.group" ). 
 
New version of the groupfile patch attached. Can you replace the one in 
OpenPKG's imapd rpm with this one?
