[Kolab-devel] [issue212] no email address for public distribution list in ldap search

When doing an ldap search on the kolab server in KAddressbook, there's no email
address shown for public distribution lists.

A similar problem is in the automatic completion for email addresses in KMail's
composer window.  The email addresss consists only of the name of the
distribution list, the @ and hostname are not there.
