[Kolab-devel] [issue210] new ldap server not immediately used for email completion

Completion of email addresses in the KMail composer window searches the ldap
servers configured in kaddressbook among other sources.  However, when a new
ldap server is added in KAddressbook it not used for completion until kontact is
restarted.  Simply clicking OK in the config dialog is not enough.
