No infact at this point you must log in as a common account and everyone must 
use the same username and password.  What I did is change the ldap query so 
that it used the users uid instead of the freebusy uid.  The problem I have 
now is that for some reason the user once logged in doesnt have enough rights 
to see the files or to write over them.   My question was how to change the 
rights so users can view files, and write to their own.

Once this is resolved free/busy lists can work in Outlook 2000 on Win2k 
without using the common account.
