When upgrading to BETA 1 from an earlier version of kolab, the upgrade fails   
because a Linux specific switch is used for the cp command, on FBSD we do not   
have the -a switch to cp and hence the cp-ra backup will fail.   
   
Line 202 in kolab_bootstrap is the offender AFAICS
