kolabpasswd changes the owner and group of /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab.conf to
root.root.  This causes problem for some cron jobs -- well, at least for
kolabquotawarn -- because the cron jobs run as user kolab and need to be able to
read kolab.conf.  If kolab conf belongs to root that fails because it's only
readable by its owner.

I ran kolabpasswd as root.
