[Kolab-devel] kolabquotawarn complains about missing settings in kolab.conf

I was just about to post this explanation too :) 
A "chown kolab.kolab kolab.conf" solved the problem.

> I'll make the conf-file owned by kolab instead.

And it would be good if kolabquotawarn would produce a clearer error
message if it can't even open kolab.conf.  With a message like

cannot open /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab.conf: permission denied

I would have known immediately what the problem was.
