If we do not have it wired to the web-admin,
than we will keep people out that only want to use Kolab1 funcationality
(and might already have the data for this).
As it is not very expensive for us to keep the option,
we could keep it an mark it a deprecated and that it
will be removed for the next major revision of Kolab
when there is enough experience with Kolab2 clients
and the data conversion.
