[Kolab-devel] [issue581] add support for changing the manager password to the webgui

Using the current kolabpasswd perl script as a starter adding again support for 
changing the manager password from the webgui is doable. 
 
If possible a single point solution for multi-location setups would be fine. 
 
kolabpasswd is in the kolabd CVS module.
