[Kolab-devel] [issue571] "/" and "&" behave strangey in folder names

When you use names for folder that contain "/" and "&", the
behaviours is strange with Outlook.
E.g. creating a subfolder with the name a/b will lead to a
subfolder a and a subsubfolder b.

It would be nicer to catch this at creation time.
"&" needs rechecking.
