The kaddressbook ldap lookup configuration dialog has bugs. 
E.g. 
 
I have two ldap sources installed and activated. 
Now I add a third one. It is not activiated. 
I select it. 
 
When I push the up button, it is now in the second line 
and activated (wrong) and the formerly second entry is 
third and deactivated. I believe that the displaying is wrong, 
and it will save it differently. 
 
Before pressing up button: 
 
x     server a 
x     server b 
      server c 
 
After pressing up button: 
 
x     server a 
x     server c 
      server b 
 
There might be wrong more with it.
