Yes, but this did not fully work, 
this is why we disabled it in the webgui later.

We are currently developing a script that will do this, 
check the current version on
https://intevation.de/roundup/kolab/issue488

This works in principle, but check the hints:
Go to each slave and the master,
restarted kolabd 
and use slappasswd to create bind_pw_hash.
You can also gather from the script how you would do this manually.
