I'm trying to invite a resource to a meeting.  It doesn't work.  The server
replies with an error:

Command died with status 255: "/kolab/bin/php". Command
output:  PHP Warning:  join(): Bad arguments. in
/kolab/etc/resmgr/resmgr.php on line 567 PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member
function on a non-object in /kolab/etc/resmgr/resmgr.php on line 785

No text I entered in the event dialog contained any non-ascii characters and
only one resource was invited along with one user, so it should be different
from  issue360 and issue361.
