New events in shared calendar folders do not show up immediately in the calendar
after a sync.  To reproduce:

1. user2 gives user1 write access to his Calendar folder and syncs

2. user1 creates a new event and stores it in user2's Calendar folder. Syncs.

3. user2 syncs and gets the new event in the Calendar folder.  However, it
doesn't show up in the calendar.

The new event does show up when user2 restarts kontact or toggles the checkbox
of the "Kolab Server" resource in the calendar view off and on again.
