[Kolab-devel] [issue346] deactivating individual folders in calendar has no effect.

kdepim CVS KDE_3_3_BRANCH + proko2 branch from 20040823

The calendar has a list of resources in the lower left corner.  These resources
can be activated and deactivated with the little check box in front of each. 
THis only works for an entire server, not for an individual folder.  E.g. I can
deactivate the entire "Kolab Server" but not individual folders such as my
Calendar folder.
