It's not possible to get a free/busy list of a user on a different server.  E.g.
if userA has master as home server and userB has slave as home server, userA
will not be able to get a free/busy list of userB from the master server.  This
is at least the case when the fblists are created by the server.  I haven't
tested uploaded lists because that currently doesn't work.

The server returns a 404 Not Found response.
