[Kolab-devel] [issue338] uploading of fblists not necessary in proko2

In proko2 uploading of Free/Busy lists is not necessary anymore.  They're
usually generated by the server.  The documentation should reflect this and the
wizard shuldn't configure the client for uploading of fblists.
