[Kolab-devel] [issue335] kolabwizard and existing resources

The way the kolabwizard behaves when some kde resources already exists is a
usability problem.

1. The resources created by the wizard are only marked as "standard" if no other
resources of that kind already exist.

2. The wizard should perhaps offer to delete the existing resources.
