When bootstrapping a slave the user is asked for the "URI of master LDAP server"
and then asks for "Base DN of server".  That should be phrased e.g. Base DN of
master LDAP server" to make it clearer.

Also, the default value offered by the bootstrap script is simply the name of
the master server.  In a multilocation setup where the domain used for the email
addresses is not the same as the server name this is wrong.  I don't know
whether the script could determine that, though.
