Server packages 20040817:
When bootstrapping the slave, it connects back to the master to get
a copy of the ldap tree. For this openldap stop is called.
However error checking does not seem to hold that script when this fails.
I had an incident, where this was the first ssh connect to the master
and I got the host key not know question and only pressed return.
So the ssh openldap stop command failed, but the script went on and because
I did not directly see that I got the copy from the master thought it wasn't stopped.
