[Kolab-devel] [issue325] Manager hass first name "mana"

In web interface of the server the manager account is listed in both the
administrators list and the maintainers list.  In both cases as "n/a, mana".

Two issues:  Why is it listed in both?
And where does the first name "mana" come from?  It's not in the ldap entry
where the cn is simply "manager".
