[Kolab-devel] [issue300] kolabwizard doesn't set username for smtp authorization

kdepim KDE_3_3_BRANCH + proko2 branch from 20040813

The kolabwizard doesn't set the username for SMTP authorization.  Or actually,
it looks as if it's set to a space character.  The password is set correctly
though.  I suspect it's related to the new problem of issue286 as described in
msg1230.
