There's a relocation error in the addressbook settings of kcontrol.  In kcontrol
-> KDE Components -> Addressbook click on Add.  I get a relocation error:

kcontrol: relocation error: /usr/lib/kde3/kcm_kabc.so: undefined symbol:
self__Q24KABC15ResourceFactory


We build kdepim from HEAD + proko2 branch with the rest of kde being at version
3.2.2.
