clients also do a check
on if there are list permissions on the INBOX before accepting
the account setup (e.g. in the toltec test). 
Not having list permissions means that you are on the wrong
server and that you actually do not have a mailbox there
(but you can authenticate for the shared folders of others.).

They also should check for ANNOTATE capabilities, otherwise
the Kolab2 format does not work.
