[Kolab-devel] Roundup tracker changes

Hi!

The Roundup tracker on https://intevation.de/roundup/kolab/ now has
a new Issue-like class: Merge

It is ment to collect patches for merging our changes to software
back into upstream development. Unlike issues, only approved users
can create merges. Please ask one of the admins or send an email to
roundup-admin at intevation.de if you want your account updated.

Users can add items to the upstream list which works like the
keyword list for issues. Please use simple words like "OpenPKG",
"Apache" or "Postfix" here and state special information in your
message.

The user list now shows admins, normal users and provisional users.
