This is the error message:
 There were Errors :  LDAP Error: could not rename cn=Thomas Arendsen
Hein,dc=erposs,dc=pyrosoma,dc=hq to cn=Thomas Arendsen
Hein,cn=internal,dc=erposs,dc=pyrosoma,dc=hq Insufficient access

And the password stays the same.
